Cover starts when your standard warranty ends and does not restart if a part is replaced.
Not covered: labour, call-out, diagnosis on site, installation or any installer charges; faults that already exist; the exclusions in our standard warranty.
If you buy more than 30 days after your heat pump was delivered, there is a 30-day waiting period before a claim can be made.
It is a guarantee from HeatPumps4Pools Ltd, not insurance. It is optional, similar cover may be available elsewhere, and your home insurance may already cover some of the same risks. It is in addition to your legal rights.
Cancelling: full refund within 45 days if no claim has been made, then a pro-rata refund at any time.
